Ham Balls & Potato Salad

OK, so I have no clue where this “Ham balls” dish really comes from, and I am not quite sure what all is in them, but oh man are they good. I can tell you that they combine ground ham with ground beef and gram cracker crumbs. The real secret is in the sauce that they cook with. It is somewhat close to what Mom’s meatloaf sauce tastes like except really sweet as well.

As always Mom’s potato salad goes good with anything as do home made margaritas! I have learned that most places don’t make margaritas correctly, they usually use the wrong tequila.

Probably not using 100% Agave tequila is the major difference, but also they’re bound to be using too much mixer.

Oh yeah that agave tequila is what its all about!
